  Gene saved my home and I cannot be more thankful. Not everyone can get a loan mod so it is a tough situation, but after 2 years of trying/filing, Gene saved my home!

  Jay, thank you for the reply and Matthew for reviewing my question and taking my call just now for further explanation. I will not pass up this opportunity. The one day fed-ex package from SPS was sent today. To Mr. Choe, Jay, Matthew, Jenny, and & new comer Armando; I am truly grateful for all the hard effort you put forth over the past several months to save my home. Your team work is excellent; always professinal, returning my calls, answering my questions and keeping the pressure on the lenders and servicers. I can now sleep at night, knowing I will be able to maintain my current payment structure on my loan modification! Barbara J. Wilson
